It's sweet but a little steep. If it were say 1200 or 1300 maybe :) And If I didn't already have a Stinger II I might have bitten on this. Hell I still might! :)

Yea that's a tad bit pricey, however the difference between the build on the one and two is significant. I paid $575 on Blade Auction many moons back and at that time I thought was nuts, but couldn't resist. So, do what you got to do...Al

If there was ever a Dalton that was worth the extra cash, this is the one IMO. I love mine!!

No, I know someone who paid like 3K plus?? for the short sword and Katana. But considering that was two killer rare pieces it was a decent price.

I recall the same ( ? ) short sword and Katana myself. Assuming they were the same two on the JD. I can't recall exactly what they sold for, but if memory serves me correct, it was over 3K too. I expect they were the same set though.

Good question. I for one don't know of any Dalton that has sold for this or above.
