Mint, never used, carried, or sharpened.

This ASP was previously listed, but sale was closed as I sent the item to Dalton to have it touched up. Mr. Dalton himself completely went through this knife, put a new finish on the blade, and even made sure the logo was stamped. There is not much of or no line on the blade even from the liner lock, but what is there would be from the man himself. The expenses I have in this knife are reflected in the higher price. This ASP is about as close to perfect as it gets and I HATE to part with it, but other circumstances are calling for it. You will be getting one nice piece for your collection!

Well...the drop below $400 was a limited offering in an effort to raise some needed funding and at the same time get a great knife to a new owner at a vvery fair price. However, I have plenty of expense in this one and will be paying paypal fees and shipping. I watched another ASP go for much more listed next to mine and I simply can't and won't give it away...especially this one. That said, the theory is "shit or get off the pot" or you may miss a great deal!

After some thought, I do believe my felllow member is correct to some degree and I also believe in taking care of those who take care of me, like the fine folks at DF. I have 4 ASPs like that one but I can't believe no one has grabbed this one. Wade I hate to say this but go to Blade Forum and it will disappear for you. Obviously none of these good "Dalton soles" needs an ASP right now but don't price yourself out of a good knife! It is worth $500 if it is truly a clean knife.

Thanks, Marc. It is about as good as an ASP gets, but I guess people have their ASPs and don't want more unless they are free. Funny that 760 hits with what I thought would be a nice deal for someone produced nothing. Very impressive!
