Does anyone know how many were made with USA on blade like shown? Had not seen that before?

I understand it was not tracked. I am just conducting an informal survey. I take it form your response you answer is also a 'no have not seen'?

To be honest, given the number of variants Rob has made, on so many models, while I can't recall seeing the USA stencil, I also may have just not noticed it on a BP because he has used it several times on various models...Al
