Can someone tell me how I can search for a address or apprx. area of a person using his IP address????

Here is a website you could use. It is not address exact, but does tell a general geographic area.

No real way to do so, but you can try different programs and some will provide more data and detail than others.
Trying to pin a person to a specific IP address is almost impossible. Homeland is the only one I know of that can truly help!
Try here though for the heck of it. Might help with location and such if nothing else.

Well lets just say I sent Big $ for a small knife. Then I get an e-mail back that said " Thanks for your $$, good luck finding me" ... I found him! Case solved.

you should post the deadbeat's info in the feedback section (here, there, everywhere). One thing I've seen in the knife comm, is that the more people that know about a lying crook, the better chance the rest of the folks have at avoiding any business dealings with them.
