Very nice indeed, eddiebob! The Czechs make some of the finest weapons, as you know. I read where after WW2 when they formed the Warsaw Pact, Russia wanted all the other countries to adopt their weapons or weapons like theirs w/ their calibers but the Czechs were the only ones to stubbornly refuse, proudly desiring to make their own firearms which they did. They still had weapons factories & machinery intact to accomplish this. On it went up untill today. CZ makes exceptional rifles too. I've never had one of their firearms but certainly wouldn't mind. Is this one yours & if so, do you mind my asking where did you aquire it & how much did it set you back. I believe new ones go for around $6-$700.00, somewhere in that vacinity. Not cheap but top quality usually isn't.

The CZ is my favorite handgun! It just seems to be made for my hand and has made me go from a terrible shot to a decent shot! I recently added a CZ P-01 to the collection and it is giving the full size CZ a run for its money! Check one out if you haven't already. The CZ line is really nice for not a lot of money.

Does it have a high polish blueing finish? Looks like a fine handgun!

It is polished. And has to be one of the easiest guns I have ever cleaned. If you have the chance to go to a range and shoot one chances are you will be buying one soon! Ed B

I agree completely! These guns are the bargain of the gun world. And they shoot great. Plus there are upgrade kits if you prefer a lighter trigger. Went to a gun store today near Ashland Ohio and they had at least 10 in the case. The SP-01 looked really good to me too. I hope they come out with a compact single stack!
