Hello Dalton Forums!:)
I've run into bad luck with my car recently and need to raise some funds for maintenance and repairs. I'll be listing some nice Daltons so keep an eye out.
First up Dalton Huck, a special tribute knife. I'm gonna throw out some names for newer members. Take some time to search the forum and you'll fill in the holes. The knife was ordered by a Dalton dealer named Flash. No longer with us but everyone talks about what a great guy he was. Still fondly remembered by some older collectors on the forum.
The knife is a tribute to James Huckeba aka Huck. Flash also dealt Huck knives and designed some really cool knives that Huck made. Oscar101 has a great Huck collection and a search will pull up some of his pictures.
Back to Huck, he was famous for a few things. Mirror polished blades, freehand grinding with amazing lines and hollow grinds, making these huge coil spring automatics. The Dalton Huck is similar to one of Huckeba's popular designs.
The Dalton Huck was a limited run of 100 knives all with Satin blades. 54 had black handles and 46 had I think blue splash handles. I searched a long time to find one. These rarely come up for sale. I tried for my first year and a half here to buy or trade for one but couldn't get anyone to cough it up. Here's your chance.
This is number 54. See pictures for size and condition. The knife is uncarried and unused but does have some scuffing on the handle. I tried to show it in the pictures. It's there but not bad.
I'd like $350, I'll cover paypal fees and shipping. If you use paypal gift or usps money order price will be $335 and I'll cover shipping. I've bought and sold on the forum and can provide references if you'd like. If you think my price is high please feel free to make an offer. Best way to reach me for questions is PM. If you want it post here and then PM.
