Always be positive going into surgery. I have been there a few times myself.
Good luck!
If you need someone to care for Daltons while you are recovering, I am your guy! :)

Good luck, worst case, I'll see you on the "other side". Only kidding, I'm headed directly downstairs, no purgatory for me...Al

Hell's Razor cuts clean with very little scarring, only problem is they're a pain in the ass to break down and sterilize. Your best bet is to stay away from those doctors, just take a couple shots of whiskey and snip your own balls.~get some more ILK

I'm always late with posting, but I have had a couple of serious back ops myself and feel your pain brother. Just try to walk as much as possible and do take it easy.
Walking a little each day will get you back on your feet in no time. Good Luck & God Bless!! MITUSA

Two spinal fusions back in 2000. Have some bad days from time-to-time, but overall I am 100% better than pre-opp.
Walking is good, stay in shape, but don't rush your recovery...Good Luck...Al

I had most of my spine fused back in '75 (to stabilize my curvature of the spine). Had to have a body cast for 9 months. I know that all that has changed now.
Hope your on your feet and kicking high soon.
Guys, take care of yourselves.......you never know how long your gonna live!

So sorry I'm so late in seeing your surgery post but anyhow, glad to hear you're OK! I'm nobody, just a newjack, you don't know me. But I've had a few surgeries: a hernia, not too bad; a rotator cuff, tough post-surgery (3) months & a fractured wrist w/ rod implanted so I can relate a little. So best of luck to you & may you be the only one using a knife around you henceforth!
