Anybody remember this TV character ? He was a NewOrlins riverboat gambler who partnered with a Bi-You swamprat Native ( kind of a poor man's Tonto )who was master of the throwing knife which he kept in a sheath behind his neck ? Yancey was way cool -- he just tooled around Big Muddy (in a Paddleboat) wearing a threadbare PromGetup, squandering bootleg Confederate money and boinkin' overthehill Southern Belles. Dave. ~hooker

Yea-we are showin our age Dave. Yancey, Bat Masterson, Pallidin, Rawhide, The Rifleman, Wagon Train, Wanted Dead or Alive, the list of good old westerns is a long one, I could go on and on.

So, with all the BS TV remakes today, I'm surprised we don't have any westerns. Could use a good western in place of at least one crappy reality TV show...Al
