Hi,
After some encouragement to introduce myself, here goes...
I'm basically an artist. I'm also a former knifemaker from New England (straight knives). I gave up knife making because it resembled work. I originally did it to relax as only a creative pursuit. Unfortunately, business was good and I was up late all the time trying to fill orders - so it goes....
I have a small collection of knives, mostly straight knives (Randall's) and some with only one Dalton - an M12. I think the design of this one is one of his best if not the best (just my opinion). It's also how I met John Dinoff and buying and just owning this one piece has been a pleasure.
